SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping across Europe

Worldwide shipping: free on orders of €350 or more, and a flat €50 on orders below €350.

All orders ship from Italy. Tapadum is based in Italy — our headquarters and showroom are in Brisighella (RA) — and every instrument is dispatched from here. Orders within the European Union travel as intra-EU shipments, with no customs clearance or import duties on arrival. For European countries outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway), shipping is still free, but local import duties and taxes may apply on arrival.
