Right of withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of delivery without giving any reason. The full rules, the return address and the model withdrawal form are on our Return and Refunds Policy page.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Every instrument we sell is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law (in Italy, the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). We are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery. In that case you are entitled to free repair or free replacement and, in some cases, to a price reduction or a full refund. To use the guarantee, write to us at info@tapadum.com as soon as you notice the issue, with your order number or another proof of purchase. The legal guarantee is separate from our 15-day right of withdrawal and is not limited by it.

We do not offer any additional commercial guarantee. Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity apply by law in every case.

Customs outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the buyer. Customs clearance times are set by the local authorities and are outside our control.
